The National Marine Manufacturers Association announced the 2023 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index Awards, which recognizes 1,000 boat dealers for customer satisfaction in sales and service.
Charles Mill Marina is honored to receive recognition for excellent customer satisfaction for our lineup of Starcraft and SunChaser pontoon boats.
The Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Awards are presented to Manufacturers and Dealers who are rated highest in overall satisfaction. These ratings are based on all data collected from customer surveys and is used to help improve the quality of products, develop support programs, track trends, and monitor and advance customer satisfaction efforts.
In addition to this award, Charles Mill Marina has also been recognized as a Top 100 Dealership by Boating Industry, a gold-level Ohio Clean Marina, and a 5-Star Certified Dealership by the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA).
