At Charles Mill Marina, our service department provides a full range of general boat maintenance to keep your time on the water worry-free. From seasonal services like winterizing, spring prep, and cleaning to routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and inspections, we handle it all with care and precision. Our factory-certified Yamaha and Suzuki technicians bring decades of experience to every job, ensuring your boat and engine are always running at their best. Whether it’s preventative care or addressing a repair, we’re here to keep you boating smoothly all season long.

Hourly Service Rate: $150

No trailer? No worries. Our team can bring your boat to you, or pickup a boat and bring it to the lake.

We offer houseboat hauling and can tow pontoon houseboats up to 40'

Regular maintenance on your engine is critical. Annual service makes your engine more reliable and will extend the life of your engine. Our factory-certified technicians will change the lower unit oil, fog the power head (2-strokes only), replace the fuel filter (if necessary), and add fuel stabilizer. We also replace the two lower unit drain plug gaskets, remove prop and grease the prop shaft, inspect the prop seal, pressure test the lower unit for leaks, visually inspect the lower unit housing and grease all external fittings.

Keep your boat running smoothly year-round. Our certified technicians handle engine oil changes, fluid checks, and winterization procedures—such as flushing and protecting engines—to ensure reliable performance and extend the life of your boat’s motor.

Protect your watercraft during the off-season. Our certified technicians perform oil and filter changes, flush and treat engines, and complete all necessary winterization steps to ensure your jet boat or PWC is ready to perform safely and reliably when the season returns.

Oil & Filter Change (per motor) - $170

Shrinkwrap is a cost-effective alternative to inside storage. It wraps tightly around your boat and protects your boat from UV rays and Ohio’s harsh winter weather. Our team will wrap the boat in the fall and remove the wrap in the spring.

We leave your engine on your boat and shrinkwrap over it. We do ask that you remove the battery and if possible, your gas tank.

Custom Canvas Mooring Covers

Your boat is an investment - protect it! Our custom boat covers provide three-season (spring/summer/fall) protection against sun, rain, wind and heat. Made from durable material, our customer mooring covers are made with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. They are custom fit and cut to your boat and come in a wide-variety of colors and options to choose from. We think covers are so important that all new boats sold at Charles Mill Marina come with a custom-fit mooring cover.

Custom Individual Seat Covers

Covering a boat is everyone's least favorite part of boat ownership - that's where individual seat covers can be a life (and knee) saver. Rather than having to crawl around inside your boat setting poles and sweating on a hot summer day, individual seat covers are custom-fit to your furniture. Just going for a quick cruise? Leave the covers on some seats while uncovering the ones you'll use.

Individual seat covers are a great option to reduce the hassle of covering your boat. Our covers are handmade and custom to your boat to ensure a tight fit. Removing and storing these covers is significantly easier than a full cover. Save yourself some time and energy and have custom indiviudal seat covers made for your pontoon boat!

Custom Canvas Enclosures

Turn your pontoon boat into an overnight oasis with a custom canvas enclosure! These enclosures are made with durable canvas and feature large windows. Get stuck out on the lake during bad weather? Just zip up the enclosure and everyone will stay dry as a bone. Enclosures can extend your boating season as well, shielding you from the colder temperatures at the beginning and end of the season.

Our re-decking experts have seen every shape, size and variety of pontoon or pontoon houseboat imaginable and we have redecked them all! Whether you have a soft deck on your pontoon boat or if you just want new flooring, a re-deck is a great way to make even the oldest pontoon boats look brand-new.

Charles Mill Marina is excited to be a dealer for Vantage Pontoon Wraps & Guards, which offer seamless pontoon tube protection that helps prevent new damage and conceals old damage.

Kits come in a variety of colors and designs and protect against scrapes, scratches, dents, and overall wear and tear. The deep channel design of the PVC guard absorbs impact and offers superior protection against dock rash, tube staining, and abrasions from trailer guides and boat lift rails.

This product can be installed on both new pontoon boats and pontoon boats with existing damage.
