“This past winter we had the service department redeck our Manitou tri-toon as well as install a power bimini and perform some general maintenance to the motor. Their service tech, Chris Gallagher, found missing gear oil in the lower unit (from fishing net getting sucked into the housing) which we would have never discovered on our own and would have caused a serious problem in the future. Jamie Earhart and Chris (in the office) sent photos of the problem and continued to send photos and emails as the services were performed. John Yaussy, the general manager, has been very professional and informative. We highly recommend the service department at Charles Mill Marina.”
