Meet Our Crew

Mike began with Charles Mill Marina in 2010, starting as part of our seasonal crew and assisting at our counter during the summer. In 2020 he became the full-time Sales Manager at Charles Mill Marina, over-seeing boat sales Mike is passionate about making sure our customers have the best possible boat buying experience. His deep knowledge of boating allows him to confidently educate customers and help them find the perfect boat for their unique needs. Mike is a minor internet celebrity for his YouTube Boat Walk-Throughs, which have garnered over 250,000 combined views since 2021. Mike is a graduate of Ohio University and a fan of the Ohio Bobcats and Cleveland sports teams.

Harry has been with Charles Mill Marina for an impressive 50 years, specializing in boat and motor repair, rigging boats, and all service related issues. His hobbies include houseboating, fishing, and golf, and his favorite events at Charles Mill Marina are the many cookouts and the 4th of July fireworks display.

As Service Manager at Charles Mill Marina, Jamie works to make sure that our customers and our service department have everything they need to have fun on the water and to keep their boats and motors running great. In addition to coordinating service work, Jamie also spearheads many of the great events at Charles Mill Marina, such as our Live Music, our Paint & Sip Cruises, and our annual Customer Appreciation Night. In her spare time, Jamie can be found houseboating on Charles Mill Lake. She and her husband are avid fishermen and enjoys spending quality time on the water with friends and family.
